Silicon Crystals

Silicon crystals have good transparency in the 1-7um wavelength range and good transparency in the far-infrared wavelength range of 30-300um. Used as a substrate for 3-5 μ m medium wave infrared optical windows and optical filters. Good thermal conductivity and low density. Applied in fields such as information technology, solar cells, and power electronics.
